Shereese Trumpet, B.Arch ‘17
Shereese Trumpet, Assoc. AIA, is an emerging architect. She graduated with honors in 2017 from the B.Arch program at City College. She has actively served the CCNY Architecture community since 2013. A recipient of the 2014 AIA Heritage Ball Scholarship, Shereese served the AIAS CCNY as Chapter President and Chair. Being an advocate of diversity and inclusion in architecture, she planted the seed for a successful resurgence of the CCNY NOMAS chapter in her last semester. Her commitment to public service goes beyond City College - Her thesis research project Unhoused: Homelessness in NYC was the catalyst that sparked her interests in community-engaged development and public policy as it relates to the built environment. She is working towards licensure and is excited to serve as Treasure of the CCNY Architecture Alumni Group.
